Screamer Radio is a free and portable desktop application for streaming Internet Radio. It is a very light and fast application with some nice features. The program comes with a lot of station presets that are organized by country, genre, network and personal favorites.
You can also manually enter the URL of any online streaming and it will start playing. You can listen to a lot of international stations and you can also record them. There is no time limit on recording. One of the best feature about this is that you can start recording in the middle of the song and will still get the whole song. It also supports Shoutcast and Icecast MP3 streaming and Icecast OGG Vorbis streaming. You can save directly to MP3 or encode via Lame. You can customize settings such as Recorded Path, Buffer size etc.
